Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with what you bought. Because we sell digital documents that are delivered the moment they’re generated, our refund window is tied to whether the document has been downloaded. Here’s how it works.
1. Document purchases — 7-day refund window
You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase as long as the document has not been downloaded. If you bought a document, decided it wasn’t the right fit, and haven’t downloaded it yet, just email us and we’ll refund the full amount.
2. No refunds after download
Once a document has been downloaded, the deliverable has been fulfilled and the sale is final. This is the standard rule for digital goods — we can’t un-deliver a PDF. If there’s a real problem with your document, contact us first; in most cases Guy can regenerate it inside your 10-day edit window at no charge.
3. Doc Insurance subscription
Doc Insurance is an annual subscription. You can cancel anytime from your account. When you cancel:
- Your subscription stays active through the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for.
- You will not be charged again at renewal.
- We do not issue prorated refunds for the unused portion of an annual period.
4. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address on your account and include:
- Your order number or purchase email
- The document(s) you’re requesting a refund for
- A short note about why
We’ll confirm receipt and let you know whether the request is eligible under this policy.
5. Processing time
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 5–7 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
6. Exceptions
If something on our end went wrong — a failed delivery, a generator error, a duplicate charge — we’ll make it right regardless of the window. Reach out and we’ll sort it.
