Terms of Service

Last updated: May 2026

Draft — pending legal review. Not legally binding until reviewed and approved.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Monday Safety, a service of Wolfpack Industrial LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, purchasing a document, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of terms

By using this site you confirm that you’re at least 18, that you have the authority to bind your business to these Terms, and that you agree to follow them. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.

2. What the service does

Monday Safety generates AI-assisted occupational safety and health compliance documents — including Injury & Illness Prevention Programs, written safety plans, hazard analyses, and related paperwork — primarily aimed at California employers and extended to other states. Documents are assembled from information you provide through our intake chatbot (Guy) and our document generators.

3. Your responsibilities

  • You’re responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you give us about your company, trades, hazards, and work practices. The documents we generate are only as accurate as what you tell us.
  • You’re responsible for actually implementing the safety programs described in your documents — including training, recordkeeping, inspections, and corrective action.
  • You’re responsible for keeping your documents current as your business changes and as regulations change. Doc Insurance helps, but it doesn’t replace your obligation to maintain your own program.

4. Payment terms

Payments are processed through Stripe. We don’t store your full card details on our servers. Prices are listed on the product page and are charged in U.S. dollars. All sales are final once a document has been downloaded; see our Refund Policy for details on the refund window.

5. Doc Insurance subscription

Doc Insurance is an optional annual subscription that covers regulatory updates and unlimited company-info edits across the documents on your account. It renews automatically each year unless you cancel. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and there are no prorated refunds for partial periods.

6. 10-day edit window

Every document you purchase comes with a 10-day edit window starting on the date of purchase, during which Guy can regenerate the document to fix mistakes in the intake or update company details at no additional charge. After the 10-day window closes, further edits to that document require an active Doc Insurance subscription.

7. Intellectual property and license

The documents generated for you are licensed to you (the purchasing business) for your internal business use — that includes printing, sharing with your employees and subcontractors, and presenting to regulators, insurers, and clients. You may not resell, relicense, or repackage the documents as your own product. Site design, code, templates, and ontology behind the generator remain our property.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The documents and information provided through the service are for informational purposes only. They are not legal advice and they are not a guarantee that you will avoid an OSHA citation, fine, claim, or any other regulatory action. The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Consult a qualified safety professional or attorney for advice specific to your situation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wolfpack Industrial LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the service or these Terms. Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
